** Includes aisle markers, candelabra, lanterns (which can
be used along walkways or as table decorations), vases, mirrors,
and candle holders. Oakhurst will provide candles for candelabra
and mantel decorations. Additional candles can either be
provided by the customer or purchased at cost from Oakhurst.
*** Ice, coffee/tea
(with sugar, creamer, etc.), salt/pepper shakers, pitchers,
ice buckets, beverage dispensers, aluminum foil, saran wrap,
to go boxes, trash bags, trash removal.
Rental Items:
Oakhurst requires that the rental of all items, including
china, crystal, tableware, and chargers, additional linens,
toppers, sashes, chair covers, etc., be done from or through
Oakhurst. This ensures the high quality of these items
and prevents a breakdown in communications or delivery
mishaps on the part of another the rental agency. China,
flatware, crystal, chargers, Irish coffee mugs can be rented
from Oakhurst on a per person basis. Please discuss rental
rates on all other items with your Event Planner/Coordinator.
Alcohol:
Oakhurst is licensed to serve and sell (cash bar) of alcoholic
beverages (wine and beer). All alcoholic beverages served
or sold on facility property must be dispensed by Oakhurst
staff. Laws of the State of Georgia apply. Bartenders will
be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the age of 21
will not be served alcoholic beverages. Care will be exercised
not to serve alcohol to anyone who has exceeded his or
her limit of alcohol. The service of alcohol will be discontinued
at least 30 minutes before the conclusion of the event.
The fee for the service of alcohol is not provided in the wedding package pricing. The fee will be determined and agreed upon separately between the client and Oakhurst. A separate contract will be signed for the alcohol service.
